Task
The Košice City Transport Company approached us with a request to create a modern web portal that would serve as the main information and transaction channel for public transport passengers in Košice.
The main objectives of the project were:
Improve access to information for passengers through a clear website
Digitize services by enabling online ticket purchase
Increase passenger satisfaction by providing up-to-date information in real time
Modernize communication with the traveling public

Comprehensive transport system
In this project, we are working with a comprehensive urban public transport system, which includes trams and buses on more than 50 lines.
Up-to-date information
Provide passengers with accurate and up-to-date information about connections, delays and outages in real time.
Intuitive navigation
Allow passengers to quickly find the necessary information about lines, stops and timetables.
Online services
Digitize the process of purchasing travel tickets and processing electronic master tickets.
Cross-platform approach
Ensure full functionality on all devices - from desktops to tablets to mobile phones.
Solution
For DPMK, we designed a modern, responsive and user-friendly web portal available in Slovak with the option of an English version for basic information.
The website is built on stable Drupal 11 technology, which allows flexible content management and effective implementation of complex functionalities for urban transport.
