Project brief
SASA approached us with a requirement for the complete digitalization of their member and event management. Original manual processes were no longer sustainable due to the growing number of members, leading to extreme administrative overhead.

Member Base Digitalization: Replacing fragmented spreadsheets and paper forms with a modern, centralized system.
Financial Flow Automation: Implementing a system for automated membership tracking, payment pairing, and instant invoice generation.
Simplified Event Registration: Creating an intuitive online process that reduces registration time from tens of minutes to seconds.
