Yes, the consultation is completely free with no obligation for further cooperation. It lasts 30 minutes and takes place online. If you prefer, we are also happy to meet in person at our office in Košice. If a specific brief comes out of the call, we will also prepare a free price quote.
We respond to every submission within 24 hours on business days. In our reply, we will suggest two call times for you to choose from. If neither works for you, we can easily agree on another time via email.
We select the specialist based on the topic you choose in the form. In most cases, the call will be attended by Marián Murín, founder of iMPROVE, along with a developer or marketing specialist. You will be speaking directly with the people who will actually work on your project.
You simply need to describe your goal or the challenge you are facing. If you already have a website or application, send us the link in advance. No need to prepare presentations or formal documents.

We are based in Košice and work with clients across Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Consultations take place online in Slovak or English. We are also happy to welcome local clients in person at our office on Idanská 39 in Košice.
