Roman has been a frontend developer at iMPROVE since 2018. He specializes in creating modern and responsive user interfaces, while also focusing on API integrations.

He is not only concerned with the code itself - he is also actively involved in UX/UI design, so that the resulting solutions are not only technically high-quality, but also visually sophisticated and user-friendly. He is known for his attention to detail, ability to quickly learn new technologies, and desire to find optimal solutions for each project.

What do you do at iMPROVE?

I am a frontend developer at iMPROVE, where I work with technologies such as React, Next.js, Tailwind, CSS, HTML, Drupal and Git. I am dedicated to creating modern and responsive user interfaces, sometimes also integrating with APIs. I participate not only in implementation, but also in UX/UI design, so that the resulting solutions are not only technically high-quality, but also visually sophisticated and user-friendly.

What did you do before iMPROVE?

Before joining iMPROVE, I worked as a freelancer, where I developed websites using Drupal, HTML and CSS. I gained experience with the entire process of creating a website - from design to deployment and maintenance.

Why did you choose iMPROVE?

I was convinced by the combination of interesting projects, a friendly and experienced team, modern technologies and a corporate culture that supports growth and knowledge sharing. I see room here to constantly learn and at the same time contribute my experience.

Who is Roman outside of iMPROVE?

In my free time, I enjoy cycling, technology, and occasionally playing games. However, I value the time spent with my family the most – my wife and son.

Maybe that's why I'm so calm at work – I burn off energy and adrenaline on my bike or playing games, and when I'm at the computer, I solve tasks with a cool head and a clear mind.

Do you have any unique skills?

I often notice little things that others overlook - and they can decide whether the result looks professional. I can quickly navigate new projects and adapt to new technology to bring value from the very first moment.

Outside of work, I have a talent for using my technical brain to plan family activities so that we can do everything - from bike rides to playing games - and everyone has fun.
