Marián oversees the overall operation of the company, which he founded in 2008, but more importantly, he is here to understand your product and help your business grow.

He is interested in innovation and how digitalization helps in everyday life and changes our behavior and society.

His ability to transform vague client ideas into concrete strategic goals and subsequently into functional online concepts makes him unique in the digital space.

What do you do at iMPROVE?

I question everything - but in a way that each of us can find a solution to every problem you can imagine :-). I am constantly fine-tuning our vision and attracting the right projects and partners who can turn this vision into reality. Apart from coaching people, what I enjoy most is turning vague briefings into concrete strategic goals and translating them into online concepts.

What did you do before iMPROVE?

In 2008, when I founded iMPROVE, I had the opportunity to try out all possible roles - from design and frontend development to project management and strategy. That is why I was able to build a team with people who are better at these skills than me. And it is a joy to work with such talents every day and constantly challenge them to grow.

Where do you want to go with iMPROVE?

We do not want to be the biggest, but the best.

We work with clients who have digital maturity, ambition and a desire to make a difference. The goal is to combine technology and design with a focus on the user, so that the internet is beneficial for both companies and people.

Who is Marián outside of iMPROVE?

I value the time spent with my loved ones. I am fascinated by technological innovations and their potential to change the world for the better. In my free time, I enjoy hiking. Together with my friends, we founded a civic association that builds a cozy building on the SNP Heroes' Path route, which I have already completed twice.

I actively play sports, especially football and cycling, thanks to which I maintain a balance between physical fitness and mental energy.

These activities give me inspiration and insight, which I use when running a company and creating a long-term strategy.

Do you have unique skills?

My advantage is the ability to see the big picture and the smallest details at the same time. I can recognize the potential in vague ideas and transform them into concrete action plans.

I combine strategic thinking with practical implementation and have a talent for building teams where each member can be better than me in their field.
